It man\u00adages to include a jour\u00adney through heav\u00aden and hell where there real\u00adly are pearly gates, and you are real\u00adly damned to eter\u00adnal tor\u00adment because you took the Lord\u2019s name in vein, and a war between Min\u00adneapo\u00adlis and St. Paul [\u201cLet me tell you some\u00adthing, gen\u00adtle\u00admen. A St. Paul baby ain\u2019t got no busi\u00adness on the point of a Min\u00adneapo\u00adlis bay\u00ado\u00adnet.\u201d] Elkin\u2019s twist\u00aded humour is not for every\u00adone. Does any\u00adone read him, nowa\u00addays?
