like the dull rab\u00adbits kept in cages.&nbsp;I let him have free run of the apart\u00adment, and he lives a life of adven\u00adture.&nbsp;He is per\u00adfect\u00adly house\u00adtrained, using either of two box\u00ades of wood shav\u00adings.&nbsp;When I am read\u00ading on the couch, he will climb onto my chest and beg treats, and he goes into ecstasies when I mas\u00adsage him\u2026&nbsp;but that\u2019s an effect I can cre\u00adate on many crea\u00adtures, large and small.&nbsp;When on the alert, he will stand on his haunch\u00ades like a gopher, ears alert.&nbsp;There is a mouse some\u00adwhere in the apart\u00adment.&nbsp;It is too clever to be caught in any of the traps I\u2019ve set.&nbsp;I think Stampy mon\u00adi\u00adtors his sub\u00adson\u00adic squeaks.&nbsp;They are build\u00ading a 44-sto\u00adry con\u00addo next door to my build\u00ading.&nbsp;Weird con\u00adstruc\u00adtion nois\u00ades and vibra\u00adtions shake the apart\u00adment in mid-after\u00adnoon.&nbsp;I won\u00adder how Stampy inter\u00adprets&nbsp;them?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For many years, I had a cat who would hitch-hike with me.&nbsp;I got lots of rides mere\u00adly from the appeal of his pok\u00ading his head out of my back\u00adpack.&nbsp;Think of the effect that a rab\u00adbit would have in the same role!&nbsp;But I don\u2019t think he would take to it.&nbsp;Actu\u00adal\u00adly, I don\u2019t think I could man\u00adage to get him into a bag with\u00adout a vio\u00adlent strug\u00adgle that would result in bro\u00adken limbs and fur\u00adni\u00adture.&nbsp;Stampy may be gen\u00adtle when he sits on my chest, but he has the heart of six lions and the fierce\u00adness of a komo\u00addo
