A more com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00adble way of describ\u00ading this Toron\u00adto band is to say that they try to dupli\u00adcate, live, using phys\u00adi\u00adcal instru\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion, with\u00adout pre-tap\u00ading or splic\u00ading, the sounds that you would think could only be done by com\u00adputer. I think they achieve this admirably, judg\u00ading from the record\u00ading I have of their epony\u00admous debut all\u00adbum. Here, band mem\u00adbers Bri\u00adan Borcherdt, Gra\u00adham Walsh, Mike Bigelow, Loel Camp\u00adbell, Kevin Lynn, Glenn Milchem, Rob\u00adbie Kuster, Matt Schulz are joined by Lau\u00adrence Cur\u00adrie and Dave Newfeld (of Bro\u00adken Social Scene). Some\u00adthing like this should be seen live.
