The old\u00ader blues singers toured in Eng\u00adland alone, rely\u00ading on local pick\u00adup bands for back\u00ading wher\u00adev\u00ader they went, and the teenage Win\u00adwood, active since the age of 8 in Birm\u00ading\u00adham\u2019s club scene, played with B.B.
