Buster Keaton is anoth\u00ader thing entire\u00adly, for me. His com\u00adic genius touch\u00ades me direct\u00adly. I <em>laugh <\/em>when I see Keaton\u2019s silent clas\u00adsics. I was first exposed to his work as a child. The last film he made, before his death, was a short pro\u00admo\u00adtional film for the <span class=\"caps\">CNR<\/span>\u201ds coast-to-coast pas\u00adsen\u00adger ser\u00advice across Cana\u00adda. His stone-faced char\u00adac\u00adter cross\u00ades the coun\u00adtry on a rail\u00adway hand-car.
